The package comes with tracking so you know when you will be getting it. The samples I got were geared towards health and weight loss. Most of the boxes are nutrition of some sort and not just weight loss. I enjoyed the samples and being able to see things in real life before I went and bought them. I think the snacks are awesome to try out. The only down fall is the vitamins or weight loss supplements you only get one serving so it is pretty hard to tell if they are working or not. Usually things like that need a week worth, but I am sure that would be hard to sample that many. They also come with a index like card that shows everything in the box and a description on it. It is all wrapped neatly under tissue paper and well sealed box.
